1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NuraBloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
NuraBloom is a mobile application designed to help women track their menstrual cycle, navigate pregnancy, and embrace motherhood. The app provides tools for logging symptoms, tracking baby development, maintaining photo journals, and accessing curated health guides. All data processing occurs locally on your device.
3. Health Disclaimer
NuraBloom is designed for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions, especially regarding pregnancy, fertility, and newborn care. Period and ovulation predictions are estimates based on historical data and may not be accurate for all users.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain premium features of NuraBloom require a paid subscription. All payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your data. Since NuraBloom stores all data locally, losing your device or uninstalling the app without exporting your data will result in data loss. We recommend using the built-in export feature to regularly back up your data.
6. Intellectual Property
The NuraBloom app, including its design, code, content, health guides, and original illustrations, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
NuraBloom is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to the accuracy of cycle predictions, pregnancy calculations, or health information provided in the guides.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date to reflect any changes.
9. Termination
You may stop using NuraBloom at any time by uninstalling the app. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app will remove all your data from the device. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling if you wish to preserve it.
